Dwanel has in depth experience in Product and Industrial Design, as well as Manufacturing. This is where we have found our purpose. We strive to improve the current methods of manufacturing, starting with thorough R&D, good initial design and accurate prototyping.

Product design and manufacturing
Product concept and Industrial design
Here at Dwanel, the birth of a product starts with a pen. After receiving a brief from our clients, we create concept sketches that help determine the path ahead. This helps to quickly filter through different thoughts and ideas, and choosing the concept best suited for the project.
3D CAD & Prototyping
With the assistance of CAD (computer-aided design) and different methods of prototyping, we go on to design the final product. We use CAD to do various test like strength and flow analysis, followed by a usable prototype to do field testing in the real world. These processes are quintessential to designing the final product and mitigating unnecessary costs from unforeseen changes that might be needed.
Manufacturing and Tooling
This stage is the most costly stage, with initial tooling setup costs, product testing, standardization and patents. We have extensive experience in these fields and have a network of partners to assist you in the most cost effective manner, mitigating risk by using a tried and tested network of companies.
